癔症性失语的康复治疗
一、 癔症性失语的概念：
又叫癔病性发音困难，功能性失音，是喉发声功能暂时性障碍，并无器质性改变的一种癔病表现。多见女性患者。
二、 癔症性失语的原因：
①有情绪激动或精神刺激史：如过度悲哀、恐怕、忧郁、紧张、激怒等
②受凉、感冒诱发。
三、 癔症性失语的症状：
轻者仍可低声讲话，重者仅能发出虚弱的耳语声，但很少完全无音，突然的发声障碍。
四、 癔症性失语的诊断要点：
①突然发病有精神刺激史；受凉、感冒诱发。
②突然声嘶、失音、声调改变；有时伴有不同程度的精神症状，如精神不振、淡漠、缺乏信心。
③间接喉镜检查。
④发声时触诊甲状软骨板无声振动感。
五、 癔症性失语的治疗
①体感音乐
②经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）
③感应电
